Hello Mr. Williams
My project overview Crime Record Management System is a web application 
for crimes investigation. 
It shows detailed information about specific case, the police officers 
who are leading the case, the evidence and criminal. 
It is a Transaction Processing System.
Also I face difficulty regarding connecting administrator table to other 
tables, what do you suggest?
