Can you tell me how this database bank operates?  Are there purchase fees or license fees?
I’m actually trying to set up a facility maintenance database that will track scheduled maintenance 
and unscheduled maintenance for buildings, landscape, pump stations, pipelines, roads and vehicles.
I’m not so interested in tracking employee time, but more for employee dispatching.
