Subject: Which is the best model pattern to use for inspections?
Question: We have Inspectors who belong to Teams. 
One Inspector inspects many Facilities (Facility is only inspected by one Inspector). 
There are several Inspection Types. 
Inspection results in an Inspection Report. 
Inspection Report contains Inspection Findings (0, 1 or many Findings per report). 
Findings have to be selected from a Master Finding List. 
Inspection Report is sent to Managing Organization. 
Managing Organization has to respond to each Finding.
