Specifications
Using this 'Local Favourites' Database people can record details of 
their favourite Cafes, Cinemas, Pubs, Restaurants, Doctors, Dentists and so on.
They can also record details of their least favourite so that a balanced 
picture will emerge over a period of time.
This will help everybody.
