Subject: Skills Tracker database in Access 2007
Question: I have started building a skills tracker database and I already know I need to start over from scratch. 
The employees need to be able to enter their name and select areas of performance. 
They need to be able to enter for each area of performance a skill level either 0 for no skill, 1 for novice so on 
ans so forth. 
There may be 20 or areas of performance so there will be a one to many relationship for each employee. 
when new projects come in I need to be able to get a report that shows who has the skill to do the project. 
I want to be able to print any employee etc.
