Subject: Tracking Medical Results
Hello,
It would really help me if I could have a copy of this database.  
Medical tracking has become a nightmare for me.  This database could help me to get started.
I need to track:
Office visits with test received and dates
Medicare claims and payments
Other Insurance companies billed by Medicare and payments
Prescriptions drugs and payments – or what I was billed and paid – with dates
Other tests taken including labs and results.
Providers with info linked to each activity
It’s a monster and I have not been able to find anything comparable.
Your database would at least give me a start.
