Question: I am designing a datbase for a study on the results of treatment. 
To guage the results 4 different assessments will be given to the same individual at 
3 specific times throughout the treatment stage. 
What would be the best data model for this type of situation? 
The current model I have is that I have created 7 entities with patients, interview type, 
time, and then entities for the 4 interviews. 
I cannot quite see how to set up the relationships and am totally stuck. 
First time creating a database.
