This Step provides for local working on the Knowledge Base.
2.0 Update the Knowledge Base locally.
This Step requires reviewing the changes to be applied.
3.0 Check all Links for consistency.
This Step requires checking that all URLs are still working properly.
4.0 Upload the updated Knowledge Base to UNV
This Step involves transferring the files to UNV to be uploaded to the Web Site for publication.
