	Database Refactoring (2006) This is not about Data Modelling, but I have included this because it's the only book that formalises the process of Database evolution and tries to bridge the gap between ERD's and UML	Scott Ambler
	Enterprise [Data] Models (2011) Steve Hoberman gives this 5 stars so it must be worth a look. It uses UML which I find awkward and clumsy after more than 10 years designing ERDs.	David Hay
