A. THE USER REQUIREMENTS :
A Database to track Clients Fleet of Forklifts and Servcing, as well as Products used and Invoices, 
and record the Data on Tyre usage and cost per hour basis.
B. THE APPROACH :
The Approach was to start with the Things of Interest in the Requirements and map them to Generic Data Models.
