I have not drafted the User Requirements but
an Access Database is available.
This Data Model took shape in my mind this afternoon, on the way back from a Shopping trip with my wife to the Westfield Shopping Mall in West London.
I was thinking about cost versus expenditure, why we do what we do, the Quality of Life and the nature of a Framework that would allow us to weigh up the alternatives.
This Data Model was the result of my thinking.
